Shipping policy

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Order Processing

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

 

UK Delivery

  • UK orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days
  • Delivery times will vary depending on the Royal Mail service selected

 

EU Delivery

  • EU orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days
  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination and local postal services

Please note:
Orders shipped to the EU may be subject to customs duties or import charges as the UK is no longer part of the EU. These charges are set by local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. They are not shipping fees.

 

International Delivery

For international orders outside the UK and EU:

  • Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days
  • Estimated delivery time is 7–15 working days, depending on your location and local postal services

Please be aware that international delivery times may vary due to customs processing and local postal delays.

 Customs & Collection

All orders are shipped with tracking. It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Monitor tracking updates
  • Pay any applicable customs or import fees
  • Collect the parcel within 15 days once it has cleared customs

Failure to collect the parcel within this timeframe may result in the order being returned or disposed of by the local postal authority.
