Shipping & Delivery

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. A tracking number will be provided
once your order is shipped.

We aim to process all orders within 1-2 working days


All UK orders will be dispatched within 1-2 working days.

All orders placed in the E.U will be dispatched within 3-5 working days

Due to the different postal services around the world, this time may vary, however
you should receive your package within 7-15 working days.

EU Orders will incur customs charge due to your order is being shipped from
the UK which is no longer part of the EU.  It is the customer's responsibility to
pay all customs fees. This charge is not a shipping charge but a clearing
charge that is given by the local governments.  All orders are shipped tracked
so please ensure that you keep track your order. You will have a 15 day
window to collect your package from the time they have cleared.

We ensure that all are orders are checked and dispatched securely. If your order
arrives damaged this would have happened through the shipping process. If your
order is damaged upon receipt of receiving, please let us know. Send us an image of
the damage and we will do our best to put it right. In order for us to do this, please
ensure that:
Your goods have been purchased within 14 days.
All orders are in their original packaging.

Health and Hygiene is extremely important. We are unable to give a refund if your
order has been:
Used, or tamper seals are broken.
They are no longer suitable and you have changed your mind.

All items are inspected on return. In order to receive a full refund, all items
must be returned to us unused and in the same condition you received them.
This includes the original packaging with all tags and labels attached. If any
items missing from your order, please let us know within 14 days of purchase.

Please note that any original shipping costs are non-refundable, and we
do not cover any costs for handling charges or return shipping.

Returned items are your responsibility until we receive them. Please ensure
they are packaged securely to prevent damage on their return back to us.
Your order/items remains your responsibility until we receive them back,
please ensure that you get proof of postage in case you need to contact us
about your return.

We deserve the right to refuse any returns which do not meet the criteria as
mentioned in our returns policy.
